Edna R. Conway, GW #182 

Edna was born on 27 December 1916 in Pittsburgh, Pa. to Samuel and Cora (Clark) Conway.  Edna’s sister Caroline also was a Gospel Worker.  They probably learned of the Gospel Worker Society from the mission in that city.  Sadly, in 1938 Caroline’s father died.  She probably joined the society soon after; by 1940 she and her sister are listed with the Gospel Workers in the federal census.  I have not found Edna in the 1950 census.  However, she may have already moved to California where her widowed mother and her sisters lived.  Edna died on 13 May 2007 in Saratoga, Ca. and is buried in Madronia Cemetery of that city.
