Margaret was born 9 May 1876 to Ralph and Louise (Beam) DeRemer of Washington, Warren County, New Jersey.  The church in Phillipsburg NJ seems the most likely place where Margaret became acquainted with the Gospel workers.  Margaret does not appear in the 1898 list of Gospel Workers but is listed in the 1900 census in Williamsport, PA with the Gospel Workers there.  Margaret did not stay with the Gospel Workers for reasons not yet discovered.  In the 1905 NJ census, she is back home with her parents again, working as a silk weaver.  In 1910 she is living in Palmer, Northampton County, Pa with Isabella Hiney, neither of whom had an occupation.  Ten years later she is still living with Anna Hiney but in Easton, PA and Margaret is a weaver in a silk mill.  Her whereabouts in 1930 and 1940 have yet to be discovered.  Margaret died on 20 April 1961 in Wernersville State Hospital in Berks County, Pa.  She was a resident there for two and half years at the time of her death.  A contributing factor to her death was senility.
