Mildred Rosenberger Weidner, GW #150
Mildred was born on 23 August 1902 in the Royersford/Spring City area of Pennsylvania to Luther and L. Jennie (Rosenberger) Weidner. She is living with her parents in Spring City in 1920; her occupation is listed as operator in needle works, along with her sister. Mildred joined the Gospel Workers by 1925 when she is listed in the Cleveland City Directory as a Gospel Worker. She also appears in the 1926 and 1928 Cleveland city directories. However, in the 1930 and 1940 census she is undiscovered. She appears in the 1950 census in Youngstown, Ohio, with fellow Gospel Worker Elmyra Zimmerman. It seems they were the only Gospel Workers involved in ministry in that city. In her mother’s 1969 obituary, Mildred is reported as living in Cleveland. Mildred died on 5 October 1981 and is buried in the Brooklyn Heights Cemetery with other Gospel Workers.
