Report of the
Pinebrook Bible Conference
During the past year some major things have happened here at Pinebrook. None of us will forget the winter of 1994 and all the major snow storms which greatly affected our ministry and created many long hours of plowing, piling, and shoveling snow. The summer conference was filled to near capacity with a 95.5% occupancy for the eight summer weeks.
This is the second year in a row that we have had some changes in full time personnel. Robert Kerstetter has resigned after four year of ministry. He felt the Lord leading to something new and different. Pete Fessler spent six months with us and decided that the Lord would have him move on to something different. Alice Moore came with us for one year with the intention of moving on to Word of Life Institute. Another young man on staff for three years was let go.
God has provided the following as full time staff and the Board has hired them to serve:

We wish to thank the many people that give us work help to carry on this ministry. The many “Retreat-Within-a-Retreat” groups, the summer volunteers, those coming on work week, the flower planters, the George Didden Greenhouse and its staff and others who come whenever asked: all of these have contributed greatly to help make Pinebrook a ministry of blessing to hundreds of people.
Finally, I need to mention the ministry of help which has been given by Mr. Walter Smock. No single person has offered more advice, help, and encouragement to our maintenance and entire staff. Walter suffered serious injury in an accident which took place here this Summer while he was working. God graciously spared his life and we continue to pray for his complete recovery.
A special “thank you” to the congregation of Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church for their gift of the ALLEN COMPUTER ORGAN which has been installed in Fellowship Hall.
