Report of the
Committee on Arrangements
for the 126th Annual Conference
The Committee on Arrangements for the 126th Annual Conference met twice during the Conference year in fulfillment of its mandate. The purpose of the committee continues to be to review the mechanics and efficiency of each conference as well as assist in providing hospitality. Any suggestions on what can be done to better accomplish the above are graciously received.
Orientation material has been placed in the beginning of the Report Book. This material should be reviewed by each member of Annual Conference. One addition to the orientation material is in regard to materials being distributed during Annual Conference. Our goal is to limit material being distributed to only that which is specifically germane to the Conference. We also suggest that the copiers be used to make approved copies for the entire body. Personal copies should be made before coming to Annual Conference.
The Overseer of the Pages for the 126th Annual Conference is Daniel L. Williams, Pastor of Woodbury Heights, NJ, and the Head Page is Raymond L. Cole, Assistant Pastor at our Newark, DE church.
The Committee has taken it upon itself to remind the Chairman of Annual Conference to establish a committee to review the BPLs every seven years as was resolved by the 121st Annual Conference (Yearbook, 38).
Recommendations
1. Resolved, that the 127th Annual Conference be held at Pinebrook Bible Conference, Stroudsburg, PA, April 26-28, 2010 beginning at 10:00 AM on Monday.
2. Resolved, that all Study Committees, Committees and Agencies have their reports sent to the designated distribution point, 12 Pinebrook Road, E. Stroudsburg, PA 18301 or ebfc@ptd.net, by March 1, 2010.
