Beneficiary Society

But thou. O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious,

            The Beneficiary Society of the BFC has been a blessing under God for many years for our Pastors and their families. It has met their need when God has seen fit to call loved ones home to their eternal reward.

            This past year our beloved fellow Pastor, James G. Koch, entered into the presence of our Lord. A check for $6,000 was sent to his loving wife, Bea, to aid in paying funeral expenses. Bea has expressed her thankfulness for this expression of our love and concern. May we continue to remember her in our prayers.

            Mrs. Elizabeth Bartron continues to receive a monthly contribution to aid her to meet daily needs. She also is thankful for this help.

            The assets of the Fund have increased somewhat this year as we only experienced one death thru-out the year. God has been good to our brethren and their families. As officers, we have made some changes in our investments due to the financial world we are now living in, so that we could continue to receive better interest rates.
