Report of the
Ministerial Candidate Committee
The Ministerial Candidate Committee met eight times since the 125th Annual Conference.
The following men were interviewed: Daniel L. Williams, David E. Brandt, Joshua D. Edwards, Michael D. Roberts, R. Scott Wright, Steven J. DelDuco, Frank E. Lenahan, Kurt P. Francis, Mark R. Orton, and James Arcieri.
Daniel L Williams, David E. Brandt, Steven J. DelDuco, Frank E. Lenahan, and Kurt P. Francis were recommended to the Committee on Credentials for examination for ordination or recognition of ordination.
Michael D. Roberts, Timothy M. Zuck, Joshua D. Edwards and R. Scott Wright were issued licenses.
The new testing procedures have both streamlined our process of approval and allowed a more thorough examination on our Articles of Faith.
In order to give more time to the ministry in Walnutport, Clyde D. Bomgardner, asked to be relieved from his participation on the Ministerial Candidate Committee. The Committee thanks Clyde for his service. Andrew Crossgrove was appointed to serve until the 126th Annual Conference.
The Annual Orientation Seminar will be held at Calvary Bible Fellowship Church, Coopersburg, PA, from Tuesday, June 2, to Thursday, June 4, 2009.
